Accelerate Case Studies
The Steps to Leadership programme has an excellant track record of delegates achieving promotions or moving into more senior roles after completing the programme.
On the original Steps to Leadership programme (that ran from 2007 - 2009) 35% of delegates reported back that they had moved onto a more senior role or had acheived a promotion since finishing the programme.
Jo Satori, who attended Cohort 1 of the Steps to Leadership Accelerate programme has recently been appointed as a Regional Programme Manager for Living Well West Midlands. Jo believes that Steps to Leadership Accelerate played an important role in preparing her for this unique and challeging role:
