 Coaching Supervision and Support 

Supervision and Support Arrangements           

Supervision is an incredibly important element of a coach's development and West Midlands Coaching Pool coaches are able to access at least two free supervision sessions per year. This document displays full information about supervision and support available. Email coachingpool@wmcouncils.gov.uk to check the date of your next supervision session. 

Buddy Scheme

If you are looking for coaching support in between supervision sessions you can get yourself a 'Coaching Buddy' from the pool. This document details what it means to be a buddy and how you can get one.
