Who we are

The Regional Employers Service (part of West Midlands Leaders Board) has a Human Resources team which provides advice, guidance, 1 to 1 support, HR consultancy & bespoke HR Training to constituent Local Authorities and Associate Partner members on a wide range of employment matters, including terms and conditions, best practice, statute, case law developments, Single Status & HR Shared Services.

We provide support across a wide range of regional groups and networks and work closely with our colleagues at the Local Government Employers (LGE) on the development of employer policy and guidance within the sector.
