Keynote Description

”A-ha” moments are often cited in discussions about very effective coaching sessions. What are these critical moments? And, more importantly, how can we increase the likelihood of these occurring during our own coaching sessions? What’s the shift needed, in us, as coaches, to create the context in which critical moments can occur?

This interactive session will explore the notion of “critical moments” and briefly consider the research in this area of coaching before discussing ways in which participants can create situations in which “critical moments” can occur.

Opening Address - Jan Britton (Sandwell MBC)
