Steering Group and Network
The West Midlands Member Development Steering Group works proactively with the West Midlands Councils to deliver its work programme which seeks to promote the importance and impact of effective Member Development. The Terms of Reference outline in detail the role and objectives of the elected member Steering Group and officer network.
Representatives
The Member Development Steering Group invites all local authorities to nominate an appropriate elected member to be part of the Steering Group. The Steering Group is supported by a network of lead officers for Member Development.

Nominations
Authorities will be asked to nominate on a yearly basis, post elections if appropriate by completing the nomination form and return to Carrie Rowberry.
