Health & Care for the Elderly
The purpose of this seminar, held on 20th November 2009, was to address long-term care, health services and government strategies to promote age equality. The seminar was chaired by Steve Blick (Age Concern and Help the Aged), with keynote speeches from Andy Harrop (Age Concern and Help the Aged) and Neil Tryner (Midland Heart).
The topics covered in the three seminar workshops were:
- Building a society for all ages
- Shaping the future of care together
- Mental health
