People and Leadership Development
The People and Leadership Team works with public sector organisations in the West Midlands to reduce costs and improve the services they deliver for their communities, we deliver a range of solutions that focus upon:
Achievement Based Development for strengthening the management and leadership skills of employees and elected members;
&
Efficiency Based Resourcing to get the right people in the right place for the organisation, in reduced time and at a reduced cost.

For 2012 -13 the People and Leadership Team will be working to support Partners to achieve further return on investment (ROI) through greater use of the shared service products available to them and, particularly, increased alignment of their organisational development, workforce planning and recruitment activity. Partners achieved cashable net revenue savings of £1,798,418 in 2010-2011 through their WMJobs e-recruitment usage alone. Annual Conference
The People and Leadership team held their 4th annual conference on 19th March 2012 in Birmingham.
2012-2017 Austerity and beyond: building a creative, capable and commercial workforce Conference focused on the alignment across organisational development, workforce planning and recruitment to address the pressures faced by the public sector.
