How to access Executive Coaching, opportunity for Middle and Senior Managers
The West Midlands Coaching Pool offers a fantastic opportunity for Leaders to receive free high quality executive coaching from fully qualified and accredited performance coaches. A coach is able to support people to achieve their goals and develop skills through encouragement, motivation and enabling people to solve their own problems through one to one discussions.
A limited number of places are available to SMBC, so if you feel coaching would be an effective development approach for you, you will need to complete a Coachee Profile form and return to trainingadministrator@solihull.gov.uk.
Your application will be assessed and you will be advised of the best route to access the support you require. This may be via the West Midlands Coaching Pool or you may be offered a qualified internal SMBC Coach or other appropriate development.
