What did Steps to Leadership: Accelerate delegate’s think of the programme:

Delegates who completed the Steps to Leadership: Accelerate programme in January 2011 were asked to provide feedback about how they have benefitted from the programme.
 

A summary of responses from 44 delegates are included below: (Questions 1 to 6 are directly linked to the objectives of Steps to Leadership: Accelerate programme as advertised in the marketing material for the programme).
 

  • 100% of Delegates agreed or strongly agreed that the programme gave them the practical tools to enhance their approach to leadership
  • 100% of Delegates agreed or strongly agreed Accelerate gave them an understanding of the challenges faced in by the public sector leaders and how to tackle them
  • 98% of Delegates agreed that the programme has or will enhance their future career prospects
  • 93% of Delegates agreed the programme met their expectations
  • 100% of Delegates would or may recommend the Accelerate programme to others

Qualitative Comments
The delegates were also asked to provide examples and comments about what the programme meant for them and the most significant impacts it has had. Some responses from delegates are below:
